21. sept 1940 - Torpedert i posisjon 55.00N og 19.00W i konvoi HX 72 (Senket) av tysk ubåt, U-100 (Kapitänleutnant Joachim Schepke). Skipet var på reise fra Montreal, Halifax til Hull med 8000 hvete. Alle reddet.
