"On the 9th April 1941, a year after the invasion, he was arrested for having been active with illegal literature. He finally, many months after, escaped to Stockholm.
"Borgan is about fifty years old and definitely steeped to the neck in Social Democratic Party Politics. He was a secretary of this political party during a number of years, and a principal collaborator with [...]. This no doubt explains his Norwegian plane priority."
